The Diggersz approach

Diggersz is where hard work, teamwork, and a love for the game come together. Our program creates a positive, competitive environment where athletes build confidence, support one another, and develop the skills and mindset needed to take the next step in their volleyball journey.

Our philosophy goes beyond wins and this season’s results, focusing on building a foundation that supports long-term success, confidence, and growth—both on and off the court. We challenge athletes while creating an environment where players feel supported as they develop.

My daughter has played school ball since 5th grade now in 8th and played for another organization previously but things really started to click for her and has grown tremendously in just 1 season with Chris. His knowledge and passion for the game really drives the girls to play their very best. He's very good about his in game coaching as things happen so they can be fixed immediately which is one thing I have seen lack in other places as well as giving "atta girls" when things are going well.   • Over the past two years, there has been significant growth and development in my daughter. I can genuinely state that she would not have reached her current level without the support of the Diggersz Club. Throughout these two years, Diggersz has imparted extensive knowledge about the sport, ranging from refining basic skills to mastering more advanced techniques. Moreover, in addition to equipping players with the essential skills needed for higher competitive performance, they have also instilled volleyball etiquette, refereeing, bookkeeping, libero tracking, line judging, sportsmanship, discipline, and community service, all of which contribute to developing well-rounded athletes. Diggersz also engages in community charity work with the girls, which serves a greater purpose and is a vital aspect of any club we would consider joining.
